Section 140 — Federal Circuit and Family Court of Australia Act 2021: Making of orders and issue of writs

The Federal Circuit and Family Court of Australia (Division 2) has power, in relation to matters in which it has jurisdiction, to: (a) make orders of such kinds, including interlocutory orders, as the Court considers appropriate; and (b) issue, or direct the issue of, writs of such kinds as the Court considers appropriate.
