Section 167 — Federal Circuit and Family Court of Australia Act 2021: Consent orders

(1) If the parties to proceedings in the Federal Circuit and Family Court of Australia (Division 2) have reached agreement about a matter in dispute in the proceedings, the Court or a Judge may, on application by the parties, make an order in the terms of the agreement. (2) This section has effect subject to the Rules of Court.
