Section 184 — Federal Circuit and Family Court of Australia Act 2021: Change of venue

The Federal Circuit and Family Court of Australia (Division 2) or a Judge may, at any stage of a proceeding in the Court, order that: (a) the proceeding; or (b) a part of the proceeding; be conducted or continued at a place specified in the order, subject to such conditions (if any) as the Court or Judge imposes.
