Sections 190 and 191 do not apply in relation to proceedings under the Family Law Act 1975. Note: See sections 95 and 96 of the Family Law Act 1975 for the overarching purpose of provisions dealing with the practice and procedure of courts (including the Federal Circuit and Family Court of Australia) in relation to proceedings under that Act.
