Section 207 — Federal Circuit and Family Court of Australia Act 2021: Expenses

(1) The Federal Circuit and Family Court of Australia (Division 2) or a Judge may make such orders as the Court or the Judge thinks just for the payment of expenses incurred in connection with: (a) the giving of testimony by video link or audio link in accordance with this Division; or (b) the appearance of a person by video link or audio link in accordance with this Division; or (c) the making of submissions by video link or audio link in accordance with this Division. (2) Subsection (1) has effect subject to the regulations.
