Section 209 — Federal Circuit and Family Court of Australia Act 2021: Orders
Text of the provision Official document
(1) An order of the Federal Circuit and Family Court of Australia (Division 2) must: (a) be in writing; or (b) be reduced to writing as soon as practicable. (2) An order of the Federal Circuit and Family Court of Australia (Division 2) may be authenticated in a manner specified in the Rules of Court.
