Section 225 — Federal Circuit and Family Court of Australia Act 2021: Incidental matters

The Rules of Court may prescribe matters incidental to the matters that, under: (a) any other provision of this Chapter; or (b) any other law of the Commonwealth; are required or permitted to be prescribed by the Rules of Court.
