Section 264 — Federal Circuit and Family Court of Australia Act 2021: Family consultants

Family consultants who are officers of the Federal Circuit and Family Court of Australia (Division 2) are to be persons engaged under the Public Service Act 1999. Note: Family consultants who are not officers of the Federal Circuit and Family Court of Australia (Division 2) may be appointed under regulations made under the Family Law Act 1975: see paragraph 11B(c) of that Act.
