Section 265 — Federal Circuit and Family Court of Australia Act 2021: Staff of the Federal Circuit and Family Court of Australia (Division 2)

(1) There are to be such staff of the Federal Circuit and Family Court of Australia (Division 2) as necessary. (2) The staff of the Federal Circuit and Family Court of Australia (Division 2) are to consist of persons engaged under the Public Service Act 1999.
