Section 266 — Federal Circuit and Family Court of Australia Act 2021: Arrangements relating to Commonwealth staff

The Chief Executive Officer may, on behalf of the Chief Judge, arrange with: (a) an Agency Head; or (b) an authority of the Commonwealth; for the services of officers or employees of the Agency or authority to be made available for the purposes of the administrative affairs of the Federal Circuit and Family Court of Australia (Division 2).
