Section 268 — Federal Circuit and Family Court of Australia Act 2021: Authorised persons to assist the Sheriff or Deputy Sheriffs

(1) The Sheriff may authorise persons to assist the Sheriff in exercising powers or performing functions as the Sheriff. (2) A Deputy Sheriff may authorise persons to assist the Deputy Sheriff in exercising powers or performing functions as the Deputy Sheriff.
