Section 274 — Federal Circuit and Family Court of Australia Act 2021: Annual report

(1) As soon as practicable after 30 June in each financial year, the Chief Judge must prepare a report of the management of the administrative affairs of the Federal Circuit and Family Court of Australia (Division 2) during the financial year. (2) A report prepared after 30 June in a year must be given to the Minister by 15 October of that year. (3) The Minister must cause a copy of the report to be tabled in each House of the Parliament as soon as practicable. (4) A report prepared under this section may be included in a report prepared and given to the Minister under section 46 of the Public Governance, Performance and Accountability Act 2013 in relation to the listed entity mentioned in section 18ZB of the Federal Court of Australia Act 1976.
