Section 283 — Federal Circuit and Family Court of Australia Act 2021: References in other laws to a Registrar of the Federal Circuit and Family Court of Australia

(1) A reference in a law of the Commonwealth (other than this Act) to a Registrar of the Federal Circuit and Family Court of Australia (Division 1) includes a reference to a Senior Registrar and a Registrar of the Court. (2) A reference in a law of the Commonwealth (other than this Act) to a Registrar of the Federal Circuit and Family Court of Australia (Division 2) includes a reference to a Senior Registrar and a Registrar of the Court.
