Section 75 — Federal Circuit and Family Court of Australia Act 2021: Chief Justice to achieve common approaches with the Federal Circuit and Family Court of Australia (Division 2)

For the purposes of ensuring the efficient resolution of family law or child support proceedings, the Chief Justice must work cooperatively with the Chief Judge with the aim of ensuring: (a) common rules of court and forms; and (b) common practices and procedures.
