Section 8 — Federal Circuit and Family Court of Australia Act 2021: Federal Circuit and Family Court of Australia

(1) The federal court known immediately before the commencement day as the Family Court of Australia is continued in existence as the Federal Circuit and Family Court of Australia (Division 1). (2) The federal court known immediately before the commencement day as the Federal Circuit Court of Australia is continued in existence as the Federal Circuit and Family Court of Australia (Division 2). Note: The Parliament may create federal courts under Chapter III of the Constitution.
