Section 86 — Federal Circuit and Family Court of Australia Act 2021: Appointment

The Chief Executive Officer is to be appointed, on a full-time basis, by the Governor-General by written instrument on the nomination of the Chief Justice. Note: The Chief Executive Officer is eligible for reappointment: see section 33AA of the Acts Interpretation Act 1901.
