Section 90 — Federal Circuit and Family Court of Australia Act 2021: Outside employment

(1) The Chief Executive Officer must not engage in paid employment outside the duties of the Chief Executive Officer’s office without the Chief Justice’s approval. (2) For the purposes of subsection (1), paid employment does not include service in the Australian Defence Force.
