Section 93 — Federal Circuit and Family Court of Australia Act 2021: Resignation
Text of the provision Official document
(1) The Chief Executive Officer may resign the Chief Executive Officer’s appointment by giving the Governor-General a signed notice of resignation. (2) The resignation takes effect on the day it is received by the Governor-General or, if a later day is specified in the resignation, on that later day.
