Section 87 — Freedom of Information Act 1982: Information Commissioner investigations—what are the investigation results?

The investigation results, in relation to the investigation, are the following: (a) the matters that the Information Commissioner has investigated; (b) any opinions that the Information Commissioner has formed in relation to those matters; (c) any conclusions that the Information Commissioner has reached in relation to those matters; (d) any suggestions to the respondent agency the implementation of which the Information Commissioner believes might improve the processes of the agency; (e) any other information of which the Information Commissioner believes the respondent agency ought to be aware.
