Section 261AJ — Migration Act 1958: Recording of identification tests

Text of the provision Official document

(1) An authorised officer may video record the carrying out of the identification test. (2) If the carrying out of the identification test is not video recorded, the authorised officer may decide that the identification test must be carried out in the presence of an independent person.
