Section 332D — Migration Act 1958: Removing disciplinary details—former registered migration agents

(1) The Migration Agents Registration Authority must remove any statement that is made available by electronic means under section 311C. (2) The Authority must remove the statement within the period worked out in accordance with the regulations.
