Section 119 — National Disability Insurance Scheme Act 2013: Powers of the Agency

(1) The Agency has power to do all things necessary or convenient to be done for or in connection with the performance of its functions. (2) The Agency’s powers include, but are not limited to, the following powers: (a) the power to enter into contracts; (b) the power to accept gifts, devises, bequests and assignments.
