Section 125B — National Disability Insurance Scheme Act 2013: Rules about management of risk and performance of Board’s functions

The Minister administering the Insurance Act 1973 may, by legislative instrument, determine rules that: (a) relate to the management of risks, whether financial or not, that are likely to be faced by the Agency; and (b) must be complied with by the Board in performing its functions. Note: Part 4 of Chapter 3 (sunsetting) of the Legislation Act 2003 does not apply to the instrument (see regulations made for the purposes of paragraph 54(2)(b) of that Act).
