Section 154 — National Disability Insurance Scheme Act 2013: Resignation of members of the Advisory Council
Text of the provision Official document
(1) A member of the Advisory Council may resign his or her appointment by giving the Minister a written resignation. (2) The resignation takes effect on the day it is received by the Minister or, if a later day is specified in the resignation, on that later day. (3) The later day specified in the resignation must not be more than 90 days after the day the resignation is received by the Minister.
