Section 160 — National Disability Insurance Scheme Act 2013: Appointment of the CEO
Text of the provision Official document
(1) The CEO is to be appointed by the Board. (2) The appointment is to be made by written instrument. (3) The CEO holds office on a full-time basis. (4) The CEO holds office for the period specified in the instrument of appointment. The period must not exceed 3 years. Note: For reappointment, see section 33AA of the Acts Interpretation Act 1901. (5) The CEO must not be a member of the Board.
