Section 170 — National Disability Insurance Scheme Act 2013: Services of other persons to be made available to the Agency

(1) The Agency may arrange with: (a) an Agency Head (within the meaning of the Public Service Act 1999) of an Agency (within the meaning of that Act); or (b) a body established for a public purpose by or under a law of the Commonwealth; for the services of officers or employees of the Agency referred to in paragraph (a) or body to be made available to assist the Agency in the performance of its functions. (2) The Agency may arrange with the appropriate authority of a State or Territory for the services of officers or employees of the following to be made available to assist the Agency in the performance of its functions: (a) the Public Service of the State or Territory; (b) a body established for a public purpose by or under a law of the State or Territory.
