Section 174 — National Disability Insurance Scheme Act 2013: Quarterly report to the Ministerial Council

(1) The Board members must: (a) prepare a report on the operations of the Agency for each period of 3 months starting on 1 July, 1 October, 1 January or 1 April; and (b) give the report to the Ministerial Council within 42 days after the end of the period to which the report relates; and (c) publish a copy of the report on a website maintained by the Agency within 45 days after the end of the period to which the report relates. (2) The report must include information (including statistics) that relates to either or both of the following in the period to which the report relates: (a) participants in each host jurisdiction; (b) funding or provision of supports by the Agency in relation to each host jurisdiction. (3) The report must also include information about matters prescribed by the National Disability Insurance Scheme rules for the purposes of this subsection.
