Section 179 — National Disability Insurance Scheme Act 2013: Payments to the Agency by the host jurisdictions

The Agency may receive money paid to it by a host jurisdiction for the purpose of funding supports for participants in the National Disability Insurance Scheme who are in the host jurisdiction.
