Section 18 — National Disability Insurance Scheme Act 2013: Person may make a request to become a participant

A person may make a request (an access request) to the Agency to become a participant in the National Disability Insurance Scheme. Note: Once a person becomes a participant, the CEO must commence to facilitate the preparation of his or her plan (see section 32).
