Section 186 — National Disability Insurance Scheme Act 2013: Power to obtain information from a person who owes a debt to the Agency

The CEO may require a person who owes a debt to the Agency under this Act to do one or more of the following: (a) give to the Agency information that is relevant to the person’s financial situation; (b) produce to the Agency a document that the CEO has reasonable grounds to believe is in the person’s custody, or under the person’s control, and is relevant to the person’s financial situation; (c) if the person’s address changes—inform the Agency of the new address within 14 days after the change.
