Section 197A — National Disability Insurance Scheme Act 2013: Method of notification by Commissioner

If this Act, the regulations or the National Disability Insurance Scheme rules require or permit the Commissioner to notify a person, the Commissioner may notify the person: (a) by sending the notice by prepaid post addressed to the person at his or her postal address last known to the Commissioner; or (b) by giving the notice to the person personally; or (c) in any other way the Commissioner considers appropriate.
