Section 202A — National Disability Insurance Scheme Act 2013: Delegation by the Commissioner

(1) Subject to subsection (2) and section 202B, the Commissioner may, in writing, delegate to a Commission officer any or all of his or her powers or functions under this Act, the regulations or the National Disability Insurance Scheme rules. (2) Despite subsection (1), the Commissioner may delegate the Commissioner’s powers and functions under Part 2 of Chapter 4 (privacy) only to a member of staff of the Commission (see section 181U). (3) A person exercising powers or functions under a delegation under this section must comply with any directions of the Commissioner.
