Section 207A — National Disability Insurance Scheme Act 2013: State or Territory agreement required in relation to certain delegations under this Act

(1) The CEO may not delegate a power or function under this Act to an officer or employee of a State or Territory, or an officer or employee of a body established for a public purpose by or under a law of the State or Territory, without the written agreement of the relevant Minister of the State or Territory. (2) The Commissioner may not delegate a power or function under this Act to an officer or employee of a State or Territory, or an officer or employee of an authority of a State or a Territory, without the written agreement of the relevant Minister of the State or Territory.
