Section 27 — National Disability Insurance Scheme Act 2013: National Disability Insurance Scheme rules relating to disability requirements and early intervention requirements

(1) The National Disability Insurance Scheme rules may make provision for determining any matter for the purposes of section 24 (disability requirements) or 25 (early intervention requirements). (2) Without limiting subsection (1), National Disability Insurance Scheme rules made for the purposes of that subsection may prescribe: (a) methods or criteria to be applied, or matters that may, must or must not be taken into account, for the purposes of either of those sections; or (b) circumstances in which a matter relevant to the application of either of those sections is taken to exist or to not exist in relation to a person.
