Section 50J — National Disability Insurance Scheme Act 2013: CEO to comply with requirements in relation to prospective participants or participants

The National Disability Insurance Scheme rules may prescribe requirements with which the CEO must comply in relation to the following: (a) the preparation of plans for participants; (b) plans that have come into effect for participants; (c) giving effect to decisions of the Administrative Review Tribunal in relation to prospective participants or participants.
