Section 73J — National Disability Insurance Scheme Act 2013: Registered NDIS providers must comply with conditions of registration

A person contravenes this section if the person: (a) is a registered NDIS provider; and (b) breaches a condition to which the registration of the person is subject. Civil penalty: (a) for a serious contravention—10,000 penalty units; or (b) in any other case—250 penalty units.
