Section 73M — National Disability Insurance Scheme Act 2013: Application for variation of registration

(1) A registered NDIS provider may apply for a variation to the provider’s registration. (2) The application must: (a) be in writing; and (b) be in a form (if any) approved in writing by the Commissioner; and (c) include any information, and be accompanied by any documents, required by the Commissioner. Note: The Commissioner is not required to make a decision on the application if this subsection is not complied with (see section 197B). (3) The Commissioner may, by written notice, require an applicant for a variation to give the Commissioner such further information or documents in relation to the application as the Commissioner reasonably requires. Note: The Commissioner is not required to make a decision on the application if this subsection is not complied with (see section 197B). (4) A notice under subsection (3) may specify a period, which must not be less than 14 days, within which the information or documents must be given.
