Section 73R β€” National Disability Insurance Scheme Act 2013: Record keeping by former registered NDIS providers

Text of the provision Official document

(1) A person who has ceased to be a registered NDIS provider must keep records that the person was required to retain under section 73Q immediately before the person ceased to be a registered NDIS provider. (2) The records must be kept for 3 years commencing on the day that the person ceased to be a registered NDIS provider. (3) A person contravenes this section if the person: (a) is subject to a requirement under this section; and (b) fails to comply the requirement. Civil penalty: 60 penalty units.
