Section 73S — National Disability Insurance Scheme Act 2013: Grants of financial assistance in relation to registration

(1) The Commissioner may, on behalf of the Commonwealth, make a grant of financial assistance to a person or entity in relation to applications for registration, or variations to registration, as a registered NDIS provider under this Act. (2) The terms and conditions on which that financial assistance is granted are to be set out in a written agreement between the Commonwealth and the person or entity. (3) An agreement under subsection (2) may be entered into by the Commissioner on behalf of the Commonwealth.
