Section 73ZOB — National Disability Insurance Scheme Act 2013: Complying with anti-promotion orders

A person contravenes this section if: (a) an anti-promotion order has been made against the person; and (b) the person engages in conduct; and (c) the conduct breaches the anti-promotion order (including a condition of the order). Civil penalty: 250 penalty units.
