Section 96 — National Disability Insurance Scheme Act 2013: Notification of nominee where notice is given to participant

(1) If, under this Act (other than this Part), the CEO gives a notice to a participant who has a correspondence nominee, the CEO may inform the correspondence nominee of the giving of the notice and of the terms of the notice. (2) If, under this Act (other than this Part): (a) the CEO gives a notice to a participant who has a plan nominee; and (b) the notice relates to the preparation, management, variation or reassessment of the participant’s plan; the CEO must inform the plan nominee of the giving of the notice and of the terms of the notice.
