Section 115D — Paid Parental Leave Act 2010: Commissioner’s determination

(1) The Commissioner must determine the amount of a PPL superannuation contribution that is payable for a person for an income year under section 115C. (2) The PPL rules may prescribe the time within which determinations under this section are to be made.
