Section 129 — Paid Parental Leave Act 2010: Offence—unauthorised access to protected information

A person commits an offence if: (a) the person obtains information; and (b) the person is not authorised under this Act to obtain the information; and (c) the information is protected information. Penalty: Imprisonment for 2 years.
