Section 134 — Paid Parental Leave Act 2010: Penalty where person convicted of more than one offence

(1) If a person is convicted of more than one offence against Part 7.3 or 7.4 of the Criminal Code in relation to this Act, the court may, if it considers it appropriate, impose one penalty for all the offences. (2) However, a single penalty imposed under subsection (1) must not be more than the sum of the maximum penalties that could be imposed if a separate penalty were imposed for each offence.
