Section 278A — Paid Parental Leave Act 2010: Simplified outline of this Division

Persons may lose parental leave pay if they: (a) are the subject of an arrest warrant in respect of a serious violent or sexual offence; or (b) might prejudice the security of Australia or a foreign country.
