Section 297 — Paid Parental Leave Act 2010: Guide to this Part

This Part deals with miscellaneous matters. Division 2 provides for the Paid Parental Leave Rules. The PPL rules are made by the Minister by legislative instrument. They are subordinate legislation and provide rules that operate in addition to those in this Act. Division 3 confers jurisdiction on the Federal Court and the Federal Circuit and Family Court of Australia (Division 2). Division 4 deals with other miscellaneous matters (such as delegations and regulations).
