Section 26M — Privacy Act 1988: What is the registered CR code

(1) The registered CR code is the CR code that is included on the Codes Register. (2) The registered CR code is a legislative instrument. (3) Subsection 12(2) (retrospective application of legislative instruments) of the Legislation Act 2003 does not apply to the registered CR code.
