Section 24 — Sex Discrimination Act 1984: Land

(1) It is unlawful for a person, whether as principal or agent, to discriminate against another person on the ground of the other person’s sex, sexual orientation, gender identity, intersex status, marital or relationship status, pregnancy or potential pregnancy, or breastfeeding: (a) by refusing or failing to dispose of an estate or interest in land to the other person; or (b) in the terms or conditions on which an estate or interest in land is offered to the other person. (2) This section does not apply in relation to a disposal of an estate or interest in land by will or by way of gift.
