Section 28G — Sex Discrimination Act 1984: Goods, services and facilities

(1) It is unlawful for a person to sexually harass, or harass on the ground of sex, another person in the course of providing, or offering to provide, goods, services or facilities to that other person. (2) It is unlawful for a person to sexually harass, or harass on the ground of sex, another person in the course of seeking, or receiving, goods, services or facilities from that other person.
