Section 28H — Sex Discrimination Act 1984: Provision of accommodation

(1) It is unlawful for a person to sexually harass, or harass on the ground of sex, another person in the course of providing, or offering to provide, (whether as principal or agent) accommodation to that other person. (2) This section does not apply to anything done by a person in the course of providing, or offering to provide, accommodation to a near relative.
